At Trail’s End, campers learn the true meaning of success by developing skills that can be applied to the world beyond the camp gates. The Leadership Trainees naturally aid in the process by setting examples for the rest of camp. Their commitment is shown by dedicating their time to building children of character throughout our community. Collectively, we come together as one and prove to be more than a summer camp---an experience of a lifetime.

NEWS: On July 17th, from 1pm to 1am July 18th Trails End Camp in Beach Lake, PA had their 5th Midnight Madness Sportsathon to raise money for Pediatric Cancer
Foundation. The oldest group, the leadership trainees, led the campers at Trails End Camp. They were on the go for 12 hours straight, playing so many different sports and relay races including tennis, basketball, egg toss and euro. To see the campers working so hard for 12 hours straight for other children was a sight to see! They clearly understood they were raising money for children just like them, but who are unfortunately stricken with a devastating disease. They possessed enough energy to last into the wee hours and wanted to keep going well past 1am. The campers were broken down into different colored teams and they all got decked out head to toe in their color. To date, TEC has raised over $65,000 for Pediatric Cancer Foundation. PCF is so grateful to the TEC campers, their families and the entire TEC staff for understanding the urgency of our mission to find a cure to eradicate childhood cancer. Their desire to give back to those in need is spearheaded by the camp owners Starr and Stan Goldberg and Rona and Marc Honigfeld. They have instilled these values in the campers at such a young age, making them realize not only how fortunate they are but how important it is for all of us to find time to give back. Read More |
